New analytics dashboards: Space and desk cancellations

You can't fix what you can't measure. Customers tell us that understanding how their offices are used is what they're after.

A critical piece of the office? The resources inside of it. Facilities and office managers in particular want to understand if people are actually checking into and using booked desks and spaces.

Our team continues to build a suite of adoption dashboards*, and just released two more focused on space and desk cancellations. Using these views, admins can dig into:

• Total bookings, cancellations and cancellation rates

• Cancellation vs. booking trends over time

• Cancellation methods by building and department
