As you use Robin throughout the day, we’re always in the background working to improve that experience. To close out the year, we want to let you in on a few improvements you may notice now through the end of the year across the platform.
The sidebar in the workweek view is now open by default, showing a list of all reservations for the day. It also better calls out meetings that don't have spaces booked.
When reserving a desk for the current week, users will have the option to extend the reservation to additional days within the same workflow.
Users can now choose a preferred floor () within their chosen office. Robin will remember this choice for all future reservations.
A user now shows up as checked in on the office map view
Admins can download an inventory of desks and spaces (available with our advanced analytics add-on).
Admins can download a roster of people in their organization (via Exports or in our advanced analytics add-on).
In addition, customers trialing Robin can now view sample data within analytics to get a feel for the power of the analytics platform.
We spent time further improving our performance and load times, focused on the office map and schedule pages.
We released general data improvements to make our data more intuitive and simpler to understand across both desk and space reservations.
